Michael, 4AMR's Founder & President, has over fifteen years of experience in cutting deals as both a transactional attorney and an investment banker. In creating 4AMR, he combines his passion for new music with his crazed drive to make things happen. When not working, Michael is either thinking about working or finding out what the sushi special is.

Jay is a first year Masters student at Northwestern University's School of Music. His concentration is in classical guitar performance but his studies extend to music theory and music technology. In combination with his formal training, he has delved into numerous other genres and brings to 4AM a diverse ear for music.
